[TUT] Determine download/upload speed for users or block them to fix internet

Hey,

I am here today to teach you how to determine the internet speed for users by determining the download and upload speed for them or blocking them using most of the speed connection.

1. The Devices name (PC+Laptop+Phones...etc) 
2. Devices IP Addresses
3. Devices MAC addresses
4. Download KB/s = Current download speed for each device
5. Upload KB/s = Current upload speed for each device
6. Download Cap = Determine the download speed for each device
7. Upload Cap = Determine the upload speed for each device
8. Block device option
9. Click on it to show the devices after opening the software
10. To save and apply the edits
11. To cancel the edits

You can use another software called "NetLimiter" , NetLimiter case bans

use NetLimiter too, you can control all internet traffic.
