I want a collection of all skins files . I don't want to use TXD to extract skins files
I remember there was a link of collection of "skins files " on cit2 forum

To search for the skin requested you must have the skin ID from this page ,after finding it copy the skin name and then go back to the link I gave you above and press ctrl F and type the skin name there and you will find it .
Exemple: I will search for the Png of the skin ID 44.

Here you can find only modded skins, but follow these steps for all GTA:SA skins.

Steps

1- Download Spark IMG Editor
2- Open Spark and open the gta3.img inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\models

There are 2 programs available to edit and view skins.
