make at least 10 posts then request your New Community Member (NCM) here make sure to write account name and serial after this you just need to link your forum account  use /linkforumaccount Username password

When you make 10 posts (at least) you can request for NCM (New Community Member) rank to verify your in game account and forum account. Then you can use main chat(/main).
