No, refunds aren't possible here. Don't think about chargebacking as that is a criminal act and it will get your account permanently banned.

Charge-backing will result in an unappealable permanent ban. Not to mention that it is considered as a real life crime (Criminal fraud).
As for getting refunded, you donated, it was your own will to give money and support the server, and in return you received something for donating (Your DL2, shaders, whatever else).
