i need help to get the forum back for my friend.

yes I have friend and he has been In-Active for almost 1 year now, now he is back to CIT however he cannot login his forum account "it says wrong password". so I think he forgot his forum password and he needs your help.

Did he try pressing that blue button "Forgot Your Password?"

If he can not remember his password, try to set a new one through his email account by clicking on “Forgot Your Password” (as Shinya said) if not tell him that he can request a password recovery on Account Retrieval topic and make sure you fill in the prover format.
