A good idea, I've seen alot of players asking how to output their emojis. This addition will do the job instead of typing the emoji's name.

Instead of making a list of emojis you can use in B>Notes, a command that will show you locked and unlocked emojis will be so nice for all players who like chatting.

I think notes are for notes only, and in my opinion it's better to have both things seperated.

The idea of an emoji panel, is because you can click on them and they will pop up in local chat, also you will see the locked and unlocked emojis in the panel in separate sections...
Also can have a search bar, and multiple categories, like food emojis, flags, items, etc like this for example:

It's nice idea for sure but as I saw that some of you guys asking for high price as fuck like 10m for emoji? even 1m is alot for those who are newbies or poor, I think prices should be 250k/500k/750/ and 1m is the maximum, anyway I am Positive

- Added unlockable emojis to '/stats' click on the names to see picture. Also added list of emojis to Help tab of F1. (Arran + TomHartS2)
