I remember back in time that there was a top medic but I don’t know what they removed it so I’m here to vote positive on that suggestion because I think that would be a great new addition and like CoPe said it will attract more like players to play as a medic. Positive.

Adding Top Medic in riots going to increase the number of medics. In case this got added we will see many civilians play as a medic and challenge each other to be top medics in riots, so why not it's going to be a good addition to make it challenging for medics. I am positive
