For me, I really like working as a medic but sometimes it gets boring because the earnings are a bit low, even worse if the field is slow. Increasing the payment might improve some medical activity and also the desire to continue with the job might increase as the payment can be more attractive. Positive

current payment is very low, and with this upgrade can make more people use to be medic as we need some more in CnR activitys Positive
