Have you considered adding a command like /resetclock or /dayreset which can dispense this information instead? That way people could put it on a bind rather than having to go into the phone every time.

Also why do you want to know when the server restart if Arran or any administrator think that it is important time to restart then they will do it on a right time. We don't have any special reason to get this.

As long as we got the Information/notifications then there is no problem. This is not needed at all.

 Added this to the Event Times app:

"Server daily top scores reset on 00:00 (midnight) GMT+1".

It isn't hard to use extremely simple math to determine based on your time zone at what hour the reset occurs for you.
