Game Freezes

Remix:
Hello there, so today I had installed gta sa and mta on my new laptop. The laptop itself is performing good with other games but today as I started playing on CIT server again I got the game crush and freeze in the way that I couldn’t do anything like no single key worked nor the commands, it happened 4 times, I thought maybe it’s about laptop but everything seemed fine, then I spend like 3h on map editor and nothing happened again, but for some reason while I play on CIT server this happens. I don’t know what is the reason this is happening, if you had similar issue and found solution please share with me too. Thank you

Mask:
This is information taken from the F1 server to have better performance when playing.

CIT Settings:
- Look for "MTA Graphics" catagory and disable settings you don't need.
- Search for "Max distance" and change the value to 300.
- Disable high-quality shaders: Look for "Shader Graphics" category.

MTA Settings:
- In 'Video' tab, switch FX Quality to a lower value.
- In 'Video' tab, decrease window resolution.
- In 'Advanced' tab, decrease Streaming memory.

General: (Source: Claire)
- Make sure of updated graphic drivers.
- Lowering GPU 3D settings.
- Make sure you are not using any 3rd-party HD mod (Weapons, cars, etc.)
- Make sure that your computer is not a piece of shit.
- Try playing on single player before judging that the lag is from CIT.
- Close all background processes before playing MTA.
