Its sometimes very annoying, if many players parked their vehicles on the sidewalk, to stuck around.
IMO, it should apply on all crowded areas cuz it might effect negatively our gameplay.
It will be justified to punish players, who block players with their vehicles, as the rule says:

DRIVE ON THE RIGHT SIDE, Do not do stupid things which affect others players like standing in a road, parking in the road, landing aircraft in the road or drive into people and anything else which can negatively impact other players. Also try to act like your job so if you´re a cop you shouldnt be randomly shooting. Do not block other players.

I highly agree with this. I often see cars just thrown at that entrance and it get's a bit annoying. Of course whenever I enter a criminal event I hide my car. +1

Well thats really an annoying thing. As an escaper, its really hard to escape through these blockages we cant stop just to report them because we may get arrested/killed for that.

And yeah maybe Police Chiefs should be able to handle it because admins don't have much time.

I also being punished by admin before because I accidentally unbind my 'hide' key, misconduct in the area of mdm. so, I don't think that admin 'lost' their power to punish and they can do so, anyway upvoted.
