Adding a new door to PDR

Problem

Well I'm sure everybodys been to a PDR where this has happened

. This blocks everyone and if there are to many crims inside the PDR and some cop is trying to enter then he cant since everyone is blocking trying to get in.

Suggestion

My suggestion is opening this door up

and making it a second entrances in order to stop all this blocking.
