Adding "lag" part to #6

So, for a while now we keep muting people who keep saying LAG in any chat when server is really lagging, but thought it's not there in F1, so some people don't really know it..

My suggestion is simple which is updating this rule from

I know that some people will say it's common sense and bla bla, but still, we have some players who are lazy to be smart.

Also add "hhh" because in the last week there are too many guys who got punished for writing that, so they can say "it isnt in the rules" +1, but if you can add this, it would be perfect

Maybe rule should be like that..?

As Kaka said the rule should be completly well explained to avoid misunderstandings.
