Title: Siren and horn problem

Alright, guys, I would like to talk about all my cars' horn sound like a hot dog car horn. For example, when I drive a sultan and try to horn the horn sounds different ( I am talking about the hotdog car horn). Also, I mostly work as a cop, and I never or can't hear my sirens at all while others can and also the horn is not the same for an FBI Rancher or Police LS or any police car. I checked the settings and also reinstalled MTA yet I still cannot hear my siren and listen to the same horn (hot dog car horn). This problem had been almost 2 weeks with me now. I think this problem happened before joining the event as before joining the event everything was fine when I joined the event it was a survival event and I was driving in hotdog car and after that event, I started to hear that horn of the hotdog car and wasn't able to hear my sirens.
