Might be a new error code. I tried finding a similar Offset error code on the MTA forums and discord but found nothing.

I'll try asking the offset code for you (or you can go to the official MTA discord server yourself for solutions)

Yes, this is a known issue which we found out only recently. It is a false-positive, so please try updating your BitDefender virus definitions or add MTA:SA and its folders to BitDefender

or try this

  • Delete multiplayer_sa.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.6\MTA\multiplayer_sa.dll
  • Reinstall or if it is not work download this : https://ufile.io/zf2aeq9u and replace your multiplayer_sa.dll

You are usin 32bit or 64  if ur usin 32bit change it to 64
