Title: Downloading mods error

Hi!
i delete and I re-download MTA, when I re-download CIT mods are not downloading, it says Error downloading 'Plrmods/s1086.dff , please reconnect (28) I reconnected and nothing happend anyone know how to solve it?.

Did you completely uninstall MTA:SA?

Try to use VPN and it will be solved hopefuly.
