A voluntary system won't work. We need a dedicated team specified for each category.I can deal with the written articles, it'd be a piece of cake for me. But I want a system that will actually work.
The first Publishment is made open for everyone which means anyone who want to be a part of the future CIT magazine team should post their submissions. If various submissions from one category made its way, then only the best will be selected for the team. Furthermore a Roster will be formed for CIT magazine team. From the second submission/Publishment onwards only the people's on the Roster will get the chance to work in the Magazine
I remember the previous attempt to have a CIT magazine or a newspaper, which I was a part of, but it failed due to the lack of work as the team depended on the voluntary work. I suggest the same, specified teams for each categories will make it way easier, a designing team will design the pages which will be used to put text, written by another team that is dedicated to writing only, and a photography team which will be taking pictures related to the text to attach. I also suggest having this as an official thing, like a script made in game for all the magazine so players could access it from ingame too, it will be actually read probably and won't be ignored like the others.
Yea we are working on this. We can't do all of this in a single topic so I asked staff to give us a new board just below CIT radio, but sadly it got ignored. Me and Pavard actually made everything from Applications, to Roster with team specific to each page but as said we aren't getting any Staff's attention which is sad.
