What is the suggestion going about?: Ability to fix popped tires with Repair Kits after being popped by Cops
Description: When a wanted criminal is evading police and the police shoot from their cruisers, they pop the tires which makes it very difficult to escape and forces the criminal to leave his/her car and go on foot. The criminal would have to either be a donator or go to a near by Repair Shop or get a Mechanic in order to repair the popped tires. Or if by some chance the criminal manages to kill the pursuing cop(s), he/she has to decide to either switch cars (if he/she has another one) and continue evading on foot, which can prove to be a problem.
What would this suggestion improve: It would help in even the advantages between Criminals & Cops, and allow a better pursuit
Why does this needs to be added?: To make it a lot less difficult in evading from cops and will make the RP better
