What is the suggestion going about?: Returning OLD RPG sytem.
Description: Returning old RPG system, one RPG per 15 minutes. Nowdays you are not able to use weapons, you even cant hide your self from this RPG and the players keep fighting with RPGs.
What would this suggestion improve: To improve to gameplay in LV, none likes this new system, and thats will be showen in the results of the votes.
Why does this needs to be added?: To back the LV ALIVE.
Can you provide us any examples?: It's simple. press x>yourself> buy RPG 6000$.

It's really annoying when players only playing with rgp's

Just reduce the time, one RPG per 10 mins.

I'm neutral. How about keeping the Russian peds and adding the 1 RPG-per-15-minutes limitation? When you try to buy more than 1 RPG, it should say something like 'You can't carry more than that, come back in 15 minutes'.

From the time that new RPG system is added,people can't do shit.RPG spam everywhere,it's only for rich guys which don't care anything,and the poor players are not able to do anything versus them as they're beeing without money.Kinda unfair game.

I think it's good, 15 minutes ain't that much, but what about if people spam rpg's then decrease demage of it

Listen, you have easy to get killed by 1 RPG right? Due to your Health (150 HP) We gotta suggest about god drug which gives you 50 HP, so you will not be able to get killed by 1 RPG. Also I said above, we still need the limit between every shoot, I mean you should wait 6 secs to shoot one RPG with OLD RPG system will be cool.
About discrease RPGs damage, I think you Arran can't do that, cuz RPG's damage variable.

I'm upvoting   all players not useing wapens any more  only RPG  random every 6 sec even Lust fight no longer
