What is the suggestion going about?: Ability to play your own video at CIT Cinema for $
Description: Everyone will be able to play their own videos on CIT Cinema by paying for it. But according to that people can abuse it or play some so boring videos (or for example 1 hrs long video) I suggest to add some kind of limits:
- First 3 minute will cost
50,000$. After this every 2 more minutes will cost more 30,000$. This means 5 minute long a video will cost 80,000$; 7 min long video will cost 110,000$ and etc. Max limit is 10 minutes.
or- Every 1 second will cost
250$. This means:
1 minute = 15,000$
2 minutes = 30,000$
3 minutes = 45,000$
5 minutes = 75,000$
10 minutes = 150,000$- You can play only 5 videos in 1 hours.
For Donators there can be sale:DL1 - 15% sale for payment and max limit to play video will be
12 minutes.DL2 - 25% sale for payment and max limit to play video will be
15 minutes.DL3 - 40% sale for payment and max limit to play video will be
18 minutes.- Videos can't be 18+. If you share any dirty video then you will be punished by a staff member.
- Everyone will wait for their turn. Let's say Player1's video is playing right now. Player2 pays for his video too. So player2 will wait for player1's video to end. After this his (player2's) video will start. This rule appeals for multiple waiters. If there are 10 players (for example) paid for their videos then all of them will wait for their turn.
What would this suggestion improve: RP, fun, a new feature in CIT, a new way to waste your money.
Why does this needs to be added?: One more way to waste your money in server.

Also if someone else wants they can request access to CIT Cinema? Like applying for CM rank.
Well the idea is awesome, but the problem is, as you already mentioned as a restriction, some videos aren't appropriate but can yet be played. A lot of Youtube videos contain sexual and violent content which really shouldn't be seen by some players as of their age. If one would be found playing a video containing this, sure a punishment would be fair though what's seen cannot be unseen, and nor can admins supervise what's being played constantly, and people would get away with it.
