The idea of this suggestion is possible to exchange the sale of Crack to Peds and replace it with LSD instead. The reason for this is that since Crack was changed before and now a very useful drugs, selling it to Peds is not much of an option nowadays, but LSD on the other hand lasts a long period of time, 1 hit lasts 170 seconds.

x 200 hits
= 30,000 seconds
30,000 seconds
/ 60 minutes
= 500 minutes
500 minutes

= 8.3 (8 hours 10+ minutes).
So imagine for those that have 1,000+ hits of LSD, 200 hits is more than enough for a single day, LSD is sold very cheaply in F7 for $95 and less and they are not bought often as I said since they don't buy a lot of it. So being able to sell LSD to Peds instead of Crack would be great and criminals won't have to worry about having to much LSD and cannot make enough money on it.
In another specification, some players use the Special Operative class which gives the effects of LSD without actually using the drug. So more of a reason to be able to sell it.
