A few weeks ago a new player managed to get APB because we couldn't mark him through f5 and couldn't mark him regularly through /mark because it was closed thus we had no way of finding where he was and had to wait untill he was APB.

There will rarely be a fresh new player capable of reaching 500 WL. And when they do, they are going to experience a sample of the wrath of angry cops which should be a neat rite of passage.

These stealth APBs have been a bit of a problem for a long time. This feature was added to protect newbies so it's such a shame double accounters are ruining it for them.

If you reach 500 WPs you aren't a new player this is just basically an old player with a new account abusing this feature
