Title: Able to do /viphats < hat >

Hey guys,

Thought of the idea whilst browsing through hats, just like /vipskin < ID > I'm suggesting the idea of people being able to do /viphats < hat name > so then we don't have to scroll through the list ( unless we don't know the name of course! )

Open to criticism and improvements.
