[+++][B] Fix Farmer job progress

This 'bugfix' was added a few months ago,

- Fixed fisherman and waste manager job progress being twice as fast as should be. (Arran + Nuko)
- Fixed farmer job progress being twice as fast as it should be. (Arran + CoPe)

Basically those jobs had the same job progress advancement since they got added (many years ago). Now that this was 'fixed' it made leveling those jobs take twice as long as before. I believe this is also unfair because it made getting into the top 50 civilians on forums also take twice as long as before.. When a job has had the same job progressing since it got added I don't get why they should be 'fixed' years later. Also this new update to fisherman made river fisherman way more faster for leveling than the regular fisherman, and since river fisherman is a side job...

What I want to be done is;
Make Fisherman give twice as much XP (like it was before)
Make Farmer job give twice as much XP (200 bails instead of current 100)

I do not want to involve Waste Manager since it has already been suggested by WooZy to fix the waste manager progress;

This is a good suggestion because nerfing it recently made it unfair against those who played the job years ago and old progressing was fine

yes for real farmer take ages to level up not sure about fisherman but I tried it once and it was so bad....

I'm agree with fisherman job coz its one of the longest, in case of time spent, job and it requires from a player to forget about real life to reach max level. If u r talking about farmer, its a bit easier, and doesnt take so much effort as fisherman job, but anyway idk, im max level already. So I guess im positive with this

Great idea because you have to be CIT addicted to level up in the fisherman job also some other jobs, maybe this idea gonna be the solution,im going Positive.

  as some one who spend over a year and half to get L10 farmer in the old days I surely dont wish they waste huge amount of time on AFK jobs since its mostly afk-waiting so reduce the progres will make it more appealing for players to hit the levels and use them as it should be
