What is the ban/limit/mute reason you see:the prohibition is that I cannot use long-range weapons
Explain what you did wrong and why you did it:As far as I understand nothing, the only thing I know is that I am banned by the new anti-hackers system
Explain why your punishment should be removed or adjusted: because I have not used any program that helps me improve my game skills and I would not use it because I am against those who use hackers
