Newbies always face this problem, when they use chats like main or team, players tell them to use /sup. They keep spamming the chat and asking the same question, they can not be blamed, as the chat isn't shown in their screen. The idea is simply and won't take much time.
So when a player logs in, support chat will appear in his screen without having to show it from J .
If you got any questions, post below and Malone will post on my behalf.

Yes, I believe thus should be added. Newbies do not have knowledge of how to enable this so that it is visible in the chatbox. This should be auto enabled for players less than 60 hours maybe and they can disabled it if they want using J.

In the tutorial it says
"Press J to open up all the chats" and for convinient purposes the Support chat is the top most one. So if you press J and type, you are basically typing in support chat
Also from time to time you get the notification of to Press J and type In Support chat to ask any questions on top of your screen

Yes, I believe it won't take alot of time developing, seems like a small update but it will be very helpful for newbies.

We already know that, but newbies don't. As I mentioned above, players usually recommend them to use /sup, while it is not shown. I faced this problem when I was a supporter and I knew how to solve it, I told them in SMS to use /re first to reply and then ask from J.
I might have got you wrong. Are you against it or trying to explain a solution?

I believe yes it should be enabled by default, newbies will be using it more and experienced player know how to close it.

:tick: This would be super good for newbies, and experienced players can easily disable it so it's no problem.

Great idea for newbie players.

What about if '/sup' is used by a player with less than 15 hours of play time, the "show in chatbox" will be auto ticked after they did the command?

Seems like a good idea

I don't think it would be good. 15H isn't enough to explore the server. I think 75H would be better.
I also think it wouldn't harm all players. It's just a chat, which could be disabled when you have enough experience.

There is actually no reason why a regular player would use /sup if they don't already have /sup enabled so any play time check is actually unnecessary. I will simply make support chat output to chatbox for anyone who uses /sup.
