I don't think it's much needed as we can use the cruise control and we can control it by our selves , but anyway NEUTRAL

Use cruise control. This is not need feature as it already exist's in some form.

As Amazonic said ... it's not the same thing as cruise control.

Anyway .. you have a 1 from me ... good ideea, better anyway thn the cruise control.
So there will be a comand like " /limiter 65 " ( =  limit speed to 65 )  ??

Wrong. Cruise Control makes it so the speed does not change, the limiter makes it so the speed does not go above XXX KPH/MPH, that means you can still change the speed.
This idea is AWESOME. I ALWAYS used the speed limiter on Mafia: City of Lost Heaven. If this would be created you could always drive in a chilled way, slowly, and you'd still be able to change the speed - just not above.. 60 KPH.

Like Amazonic said, if it's done like in Mafia: City of Lost Heaven, with easy on/off setting, It would be really cool to have this feature in-game.

I Agree with you, but can we exceed that speed by accelerating or can we deduct it by braking? If no, +1

Awesome suggestion, would be great for trainings and all, but could you explain how this would work?

I suggest a command; /limiter 60 and the highest you can place a limiter would be 90 km/h because it could become an exploit to those vehicles that don't even reach that speed. Anyway +1

I agree, also if it gets scripted it wont be useful to gangs and squad only, for example when driving in a normal road or going to a location, ull find many people speeding and not controlling their cars so they will hit you, this may help them and you to not speed up and stay at a desired speed. +1
