Not related to CIT.

You might be using a cracked/pirated version of GTA, which could be why you're unable to open the game. Please use the original game

You must download an original copy from an original website, not a cracked copy with a Crack included

Or you can download a crack for the game

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your gta san andreas and choose the original one and not from random websites.
