Title: Can't enter CIT

guys I wanna join cit but when I try to join it kick me out and tell disconnected : server blocks cFor Speed... what I need to do?

bro I did this it didn't work, I unistalled cfospeed and I got the same exact problem but I got banned for 30 min ... what I need to do :(
