You don't add it manually to your discord server. You need to follow this guidelines  (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=317822.0)on how to properly add discord bot into your server. You can also check F1 > Discord in-game, same information are provided there and that is how you successfully connect your group to discord. Small note, you have to be the Founder to successfully connect it.

Because the bot reached 100 servers now relerx has to verify it.
