Hi. Since the server moved location Its hard for me to play now. Every time I join the server I am getting 320+ ping, so I can't move while shooting. But the connection is stable. So I tried searching for a VPN. I was using pilovalis vpn for a few months it was a short fix but that doesn't work anymore. I found a VPN, and I am getting 262 ping ingame connecting to a UK server. But if I try to move and shoot I get can't move or shoot using VPN message. Does anybody know any fix, I am in New Zealand which is at the bottom of the earth below Australia. Thanks

VPNs are blocked on server for couple of years already. Either you've to make your own VPN or pay for premium one with IP/port anonymity features. If using VPN is only thing you can do in your situation, then I advise you to make a suggestion on discussion board (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=975.0) to maybe allow VPN use on the server.

The issue seems like normal for Asian people and Australian since we are too far from the server. VPN is limited, I guess the only way you can do is get a better internet service.

I have the fastest net in available in my country UltraFiber

I think you need to route your connection, you may try to use VPN. It may helps your problem. What is the update for your problem right now?

@Coke still not fixed. Already tried vpn and cant move while shooting.
I am playing with 300 pings now and using different guns. But I will appreciate if you have a fix ｢(ﾟﾍﾟ)

tried that too. he cant help me anymore. he helped one time. But I think that particular vpn server that I was using doesnt exist anymore

As he said Pilovali can not help him anymore so there is no relation about the date.
@Pablo I remember when someone had the same problem with you and the administrator made a solution. So, let us hope and wait until the Administrator check this problem. Be patient.

They should send you a person to fix the problem if they didn't fix it in the call. Btw, If your wifi connecting with a telephone, You have to call the person handling the telephones box in your area to check the cables.
