Title: A small question.

Hi, my FPS is indeed stable in-game, I've limited my FPS to 61 since I have a 71hz but I can't feel that the game is running smoothly for some reason, I also get some drops and the game stability is not that good (Not like what I'm seeing from the videos gameplay)

I have a decent PC, my fps is almost 61/62 everywhere but yet, the game is not running smoothly, so any solutions?
