Message appearing on screen when your VIP runs out

As the title says, I'd like to suggest this: A message to appear on your screen, when your VIP runs out. As it's quite uncomfortable when you need to spawn your car ( for example ) ASAP, and you ran out of it.

Cases when this problem troubles you:

* While you are patrolling and chasing a crim, car/plane gets wrecked, trying to spawn another one, "Vehicle has been recovered to a recovery point" > crim ran away.

* Jumping from a building, trying to get your jetpack on, ops, no VIP > dead.
* Running out of VIP while in the air ( afaik this can happen ) > dead.
