If trains will not be able to kill and crash things, then yes, this can be there.

good idea this is..and it is very good if the train is moving and all cops and criminals are fighting when train is moving..even on the roofs.like a movie  :D

Yea, I was thinking at this too... but I don't know what to say, I think this will produce lag and it's a bit strange, I mean if the train is moving from SF to LS and you died as a cop in  SF, you will need to follow again and again the train... But, we could make a low speed like 20KPH and this will be good for all criminals/ cops.

Well, I agree all the way with this, but I think Arran is waiting for someones to script this, for it to be accepted atleast I think.
