Changing Name as a moderator

If, I am the moderator of a group, and I wan't to change my name.I need to reqeust again for moderator with new name ?

If you’d like to change your nickname on forum, head to this link: https://cit.gg/index.php?action=profile;area=account, edit your current name with a new nick, enter your password, and tap Change profile. After this, your profile will have a new nickname, and you won’t have to do any moderator change requests, as your profile ID stays same.

Make sure your new nickname choice is not a violation to any of the forum rules.
