[+++] Adding ID 70 for the medic list.

I have nothing to say about this that the skin is 100% a medic job and also you know it's like a job and it fits a medic job so I'll be positive :tick:

The reason regarding why this skin isn't on the medic list is obvious, this skin aspect it's for hospital service only, while the other medic skins have the proper clothes to be around San Andreas service as a medic unless if I'm wrong this skin aspect it's like a scientist.
Regarding my comment above you may know that I'm not positive nor negative with your suggestion, I wanted just to clarify things here.
