Why you think you deserve to win Well, I've been poor during most of my CIT career. I've never had more than 2 million in-game money. Never been VIP (except probably 5 hours or so), I am a member since August 2011. I can't think of more reasons, I would really enjoy the benefits of being a donator.  I also do not have a credit card or any other alternative method to become a donator.
