When I record with camtasia, my game minimises, which is really bad when everyone is already doing their thing, and when I minimise it, it makes my computer lag.

Also, the group blip showed because I didn't disable the custom blips by doing /togglecustomblips. I need to know how they disabled the names of other players from showing in your video.

I was worried about two things when creating my film, 1 are those pop ups that come up. Things such as the message "press f1 to view server documents" or "this person requires police assistance at this area". It gets in the way and it randomly pops up. I tried to find a disable button in the CIT phone, but unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that would disable that.... I noticed that it was evident in some of the videos that were filmed in CIT, so I think it was fine....

2nd problem are those names.... I noticed that in the HoBoS video, they were able to zoom in their characters by using mescaline without the player's names showing. I asked in support chat earlier on how to disable the player's names from showing in game, and they came up with /showname 0(which didn't work) and checking the MTA settings, if there was anything that could disable it.... Unfortunately, I couldn't find it, and nobody helped me in support.... so I thought I might as well ask here....

How do you disable the other player's names from showing?

I noticed in your old video in the old film competition "MTA -- Clowns Attack", somewhere in the last scene where you flying a stuntplane in LV, with about 6 people glued on the wings, firing RPGs and minigun at everyone, when you enabled the chat, the player's names showed up. /showchat doesn't disable the player's names from showing....

If you can't remember the video, here's the video that Dennis showed so that people can get ideas from it. Watch it and look closely at the end bit where you were on a stunt plane.... You enabled the chat, and the player's names showed up.

What are you trying to say? DYOM was modified to be used in my friend Matthew's private server. At least that's what he told me... He's somewhat of a scripter, so I guess I can't take credit for that.. but he doesn't play here so.. lmao
