Because you can't use ped.ifp in MTA:SA, only in SA:MP.

Video was uploaded on 10.07 , why I need to keep my .veg files or scenes from movie? I deleted it, I don't like to keep on my desktop alot of shit.  You can watch other movies too.

surely you have some way to prove this video is yours. There is not a single reference in your video to CIT.

If you'd have read the first post, I've added some underlining on the bit you need to read, you'd see the video has to be MADE IN MTA:SA.

It's lucky you didn't actually make that video for this competition because if you did, you'd be a real idiot for not reading the instructions properly.
