You can't use pain't by editing clothes, read carefuly what does arran said in the first page.

Put the pic into paint and in there you can resize.

You can use Paint do it in there and when you are saving it do Save As and once you are saving it under the name you will have an option what to save it as and click PNG and it will be saved as PNG.

Done , It says any transparency will be lost , But I Pressed Ok , How can I see it In-Game now ?

A lot of people already do have mods that make things look different but when a clothing item is added to our shop the whole server will see it rather than just you.
