How can I open .dff files? I want to get .png to edit the cap !

Files that have a .DFF extension are usually animation files. The best way to open a .dff file is just to double click and let the default associated application open it. If you can't open the file, reason maybe that you don't have the necessary requisite application to open, view or edit the .dff file.

because that is not allowed you can use your own skin mod or any thing else but no one can see it exept you only general mods taht Arran decide to add them for CIT
