how to make a shirts from photos at internet.

1. get Photofiltre is totaly free and no trial everything is free. don't remember the link but it was non pirat.
2.   she shows how to use the polygon and many more.
3. use the TXD workshop to get the picture and export it 2 times one that you edit and one that you remake.
4. open the file with photofiltre and just make it the video on step 2 shows how to use poygon.
5. just go to TXD and import the file you made and press save TXD.
6. done go to the game and see how it's looks

7. have same problem the arms are white and sometimes black

It won't work with the shaders, since the GTA SA shirts up I think it happens to all shirts.
You need to make the whole thing.


Though I'm not sure if that would even work as I haven't tested it with the shaders.

And AVG sucks, when I uninstalled it, it didn't remove it's stupid network component which caused my internet to be broken until I finally figured out that it was AVG's fault.

If it was a virus, I wouldn't be linking to it (unless of course they changed the file into a virus in the past few days which is extremely unlikely)

Edit: Try again as I've changed the download link to a newer version of it.

My AVG said the same, I kept uninstall them and then download from another web sides, now it woks well.
