Limiting houses slots to 5 per account

Hello, ​this is the 2nd part of my Suggestion
Houses are not like before, they have really changed, it's super hard to own a house unless you have alot of money.
I know somebody who owns a total of +70 houses, of course he's rich, he can own everything, why wouldn't him give a chance for players to own a couple of houses? Unless he's a greedy ass.

That's why houses slots should be limited to 5 per account
VIP Level 3 will give you the ability to own 5 houses already, plus the 5 houses slots, you can own a total of 10 houses, I think that's fair enough.

When I suggested adding house slots, my suggestion was clear that you should limit the slots per person, for example 5 as you say, and they get more and more expensive the more you buy, but somehow they weren't limited
But I totally agree with you that house slots should be limited to 10 per account.
I already suggested it back then, I don't know why arran didn't limit the slots, it's a shame.

As I agreed with your first suggestion I am also supporting your second suggestion. Houses should be available to everyone. And limiting houses to 5 per account will be fair. I am voting Positive

I have to ask myself, why does anybody need 70 houses? If anything, there should be more money sinks / ways to use ridiculous ammounts of cash IG rather than monopolizing houses etc. This goes for anything, no one person, in my opinion should own more than X ammount of things. Vehicles for eg is different as vehicles are magically produced for your F2 Veh Inventory.

So unless someone has a counter argument.

I was about to suggest that but something stopped me which is those people who have +10 houses what will happen to their houses will they go to the Server? okay but what about the money they paid for the Slots and Houses?  I am positive anyway but answer my questions to make the Suggestion clear for everyone

Limiting players to buy multiple houses is a good way, And as far as I know players buy House slot above F7 for 10 million for 1 slot. so this ability makes it impossible for other players to buy a house in a certain location while the owner has too many houses in LS like the example on the image you provided. so each account at least 5+ house slot is a good thing limit them. and leave the other houses for the player to have a chance to buy them.

I did not say that houses should be taken from them, we still can save the 30% houses of LS.

It would be unfair for them if we remove their houses now.
There's an AI Trader that could buy the houses slots, they can be sold to other players too.

Those that spent billions on houses simply speculated more than they should have on a still very new system so they willingly took a risk.

I don't empathize with people that deprived players from buying houses for a fair price just so they could profit. Real estate speculation is always a scummy attitude.

I personally hope they lose their billions but some (not full) refunds could be issued on a case by case basis.

after reading this suggestion and as one of the players that holds +75 houses I'm saying that It's not our fault the administration decided to liberalize the real estate market, we saw a chance to start a business and we took it in a legal way there wasn't any rule says you should not hold more then 70 houses. in fact I was going to suggest the same thing you suggesting when I came from inactivity and I found people owning most of ls but I decided to not do that because what could the administration do they cant just remove there houses its not fair that would destroy credibility of this server for good, the houses system is one of the important things in this server and the way this system going is really fkt up the houses prices inflation going crazy because of the competition who will get the most houses in ls . so I will suggest some real solution to fix this from houses owners prospective : make a limit for houses 10 houses . the other houses should be bought randomly by the server for the same price they bought it for not for the prices they are selling for so the profits 0 and loses 0(in this suggestion I'm sure most of houses owners wouldn't agree with me cuz they will lose too much )
,make a houses limit but without touching the houses that means you have 70 house you cant buy more and if you sold one you will have 69 and the number will keep dropping when you sell the houses until you reach the limit  .  or keep the new system after all our cash isn't unlimited
