Step 1: Open the panel with the J button
Step 2: Press "Main"

But there is no way to talk in LS or LV Or SF while I am in outer space ?

I disagree about this .. Since no body use OS chat + This area belongs To SF or LS ｢(ﾟﾍﾟ) .. Lets Get back To SA ... GTA .. We made a new Area...With Inactive chat .. I will suggest That Space miners can talk in the main cities...
