Hello,
If you're banned because you used proxy software or you tried changing your IP no maters intentional or in-intentionally. You've to remove the proxy and then open forums. I'll mention the steps to remove that ban as many of our players/members don't know.
Note: Try not to use a proxy btw.
Removal of proxy ban
-> Open your browser.
-> Go to setting by clicking here
-> Click on "Show advanced settings"
-> Click on "Content settings"
-> Choose "All cookies and site data"
-> Search for "cit" there
-> Click on "x" at the right side of the cookie
-> And then click on "Done" at both here
-> Now your proxy ban has been removed.
