Title: Able to see the APB's Wanted Level

As all of you know, Arran added the command /apb, the output message shows this:

APB Target Name :  NameHere LOCATION : LS , Commerce

So, my suggestion is simple, just adding the current Wanted level (stars) the criminal has.

Example:
APB Target Name :  NameHere LOCATION : LS , Commerce WANTED LEVEL : 83.5
