Title: Disable house markers when you use /cinemamode

Hi. I want to suggest disable these house markers when you use /cinemamode

Also, if possible remove these mini texts from your radar too. Arran said here (https://cit2.net/index.php?topic=163255.0) "You shouldn't enable them if you don't want to see them" but there is no way to disable/enable them
