Can someone explain to me how the current bank system of CIT works, all the in's and out's?

/mobileatm allows you to access ATMs from anywhere if you have finished "Safe Online Banking" course from /courses.

The system allows you to deposit, withdraw and if you're VIP Level 3 (DL3) ingame, you can transfer money to offline accounts.

The system also allows you to set up an ATM PIN code for that account that is required in order to withdraw and transfer money to other accounts:
- /setpin <new PIN 10-9999> <old PIN if you have one> allows you to set up this PIN code, make sure you remember it, or just write it down somewhere.
- /removepin <your old PIN code> allows you to remove the existing PIN code you have.

are there ways you can get a loan from the bank?

For sure there will be a limit ban, but what will we do after finding someone loaning 100m then when he finds that the payment date is coming he goes inactive?
plus there will be a lot of exploits. Easy ones.

Well,

I think it shouldn't work like that.
There should always be collateral in these kind of cases, or perphaps investment opportunities...
