Connection Timed out only in CIT

Hello, I can connect to any server without any problem
but when I connect to CIT I get "connection timed out" message, I tried:

1-connect via forums
2-connect via IP
3-connect to different router
4-restart router
5-use VPN
6-re-installed GTA SA from the original rockstar app
7-re-installed MTA:SA

and all of those didn't work 
Can you help me fixing it please?
note: it happens only in CIT, all servers except CIT running perfectly

Try these before connecting to CIT:
- Close any running program that is working with internet.
- Close your antivirus while playing.
- Restart your router settings because it's not a ping problem it's a netspeed problem.
- Give your game the access through your firewall.
-Try changing your resolution to the one that fits your PC monitor.

As I understand when you re-installed MTA SA you conserved old settings and CIT server files, this time delete them all and try again. give it a try as it's CIT server only problem.

Have you checked Task Manager? I mean there are other apps that use your internet especially Windows updates, And I want to ask windows what are you using now?

Open "cmd" > type this "ipconfig /flushdns" > press enter > restart your computer.

Well, you even tried to connect from another router but still the same problem. I think it's because of your computer. Can you try from the another computer with the same router? So If it works, probably it is because of your computer. If you tried this and it works, you can set your computer like a week ago via Windows settings.

Hello, if you have firewall, you must allow MTA to have acces to the internet. If you don't know how to do that:

Choose Start -> Control Panel -> System and Security -> Allow a Program through Windows Firewall.

Pick MTA from there, if you can't see it in the list, click ''Allow another app'' and find it there.

After you've done with that you need to disable your antivirus software.

Try again you probably will be able to play.

Didn't solved? Try this too.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\vorbisFile.dll is incorrect.

Replace with the correct one

When you've done that:

1) Start MTA

2) Select 'HOST GAME'

3) Click 'Start'

Trevor, if you got a small pin, there is a small hole in the back or on the side of your router, use that pin and press the button inside the hole for like 15 secs until you see all the modem lights are off , it means that you reset it configuration , this clean the rubbish in your connection and help refreshing it, also it might fix it, if not fixed I guess as mentionned above it's your slow net problem as I understand too. According to this check the topic in support board ''how to get a better ping '' in forum or when you are ingame just press F1 and search for it. If it's not fixed, call your internet provider so they can send employees to you to know what is the problem and fix it as it might be some cables problem or anything similar.

It happened to me exactly when I bought a new laptop, So I will tell what I did to re-open CIT server again.

• First of all, Install GTA SA via this link

• Secondly, Remove all the files that are related to GTA SA and MTA as well---> Go to Local Disk(C:) ---> program files (x86) ---> search for MTA San Andreas 1.5 ---> Delete this file.
• Thirdly, download MTA via this link

• Fourthly, Install your MTA into your GTA SA files (It's not necessary but it's better for me)
• Last but not least, Make sure to have an antivirus and to be up to date and to be working as well.
• Try to open your MTA and put correct on the box that you will see that asking if you have an antivirus or not.
