Your CIT files aren't downloaded correctly, like what it said on the screenshot try reconnecting and download the files with a good connection.

Or you can try deleting the CIT files on MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources
and then redownload the files by connecting to the server.

The files of your CIT is still downloading that's why , it will be automatically download just play around but with a good speed connection of router is much better to download it instantly. That's what I did when this happens to me.

You get an error because the Add-ins on the server are not fully loaded. You have to wait for them to load. If this doesn't work out, you need to re-download the MTA. If the problem persists, you can contact me via PM.

I'm pretty sure that your CIT files aren't fully uploaded try to delete CIT files itself from MTA let me give you the exact name that can deliver right to the main files if that didn't work then try to uninstall MTA immediately from the PC and then run CIT normally i'm sure your problem will solved right away if not then feel free to PM me with more details about the current errors you're getting I had similar error happened to me before and didn't take me much time to solve it without the need of help anyways I will just give you the steps I used before .

CIT files location : MTA > mods > deathmatch > priv > 53B4C5

Try to uninstall MTA immediately from the PC

if you didn't try it already sometime's restarting your PC and MTA would fix most of the errors that randomly happens
